In line with this, the aim of the British Embassy in Ashgabat is to represent the Government and people of the United Kingdom in their relationship with Turkmenistan in all areas. It is our aim to have a constructive dialogue with Turkmenistan on political, economic, and development issues. Tow areas of work on which we focus in particular are political (including human rights and democracy) and economic reform. We also aim to provide high quality Consular, Visa and Information services.
